All wallpapers are in-game screenshots, which were taken based on Windows 10 and the VGA DOS CD version of “The Secret of Monkey Island: Special Edition”. They have a 1440p resolution, which stands for a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels in a 16:9 aspect ratio. 1440p is also called QHD (Quad High Definition), WQHD (Wide Quad High Definition) or 2K. All effects were achieved in-game by using ReShade 4.9.1.
I love how good these old pixels can still look today. ❤
